Heading for home - Spain/Portugal Road Trip Part 13

A fitting end to a great adventure! Saint Jean de Luz The journey back through France started with us crossing the Pyrénées on the western side, once again passing San Sebastián after over 6 weeks of travelling. We found a lovely site, where the reception stayed open for us till nearly 7pm so we could check in.  Camping Larrouleta  in Urrugne, on the outskirts of Saint Jean de Luz, was one of the only sites left open at this time of the year. Nowhere near enough time in Toledo - Spain/Portugal Road Trip Part 12

Río Tajo looking down from the walls of the city Given that there are 33 museums and monuments, we knew we would only see a fraction of it in the time we had, so stuck to soaking up the atmosphere and the beauty of the buildings from the outside. I definitely wanted to visit the synagogue as I hadn’t yet, on this trip, been able to get to one....
